Hello, I'm Shameka Spencer.

I'm a wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, and big sister—family is at the core of who I am. I live in a small, close-knit town in Mississippi with my husband, where we cherish the simple joys of life and the deep connections we share. My family has shaped me into the person I am today, and it's through these relationships that I've developed a deep sense of responsibility and compassion for others.

I majored in business at East Mississippi Community College, where I began to develop the skills that would help me navigate my career path. In September of 2008, I made the life-changing decision to enter the insurance industry. My license number with the Mississippi Department of Insurance is 10127106. This was not a career move I planned for, but one I was called to after a deeply personal experience. After my father passed away unexpectedly without insurance or a will in place, I found myself in the difficult position of being the only child and next of kin. Not only did I have to cope with the loss of my father, but I was also left responsible for covering his burial expenses. The financial strain and emotional toll of that time were overwhelming, but it also sparked my passion for helping others understand the importance of life insurance and planning ahead.

In my work, I prioritize integrity, empathy, and education. I know that for many, insurance can feel like an uncomfortable or confusing subject, but I believe in making it accessible and meaningful. I’m committed to guiding my clients with honesty and clarity, offering the kind of advice I would give to my own family. I take the time to listen, understand their unique needs, and offer solutions that will provide peace of mind when they need it most.
